An ongoing women’s tennis that was launched as the Federation Cup in 1963 in the account of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the International Tennis Federation. It was then changed to Fed Cup in 1995 and again changed to honor the former World No. 1 Billie Jean King as the world’s largest women’s international team sports competition organized annually.
