Taking on waning Everton on Saturday, Manchester United went to Goodison Park it what looked to be a sure shot win for the club.

However, the visitors were drab and dreary, a side which failed to capitalise on the many woes plaguing Everton. The hosts pulled off a shock 1-0 win on the day, one which not only spurred their aspirations of survival in the league but also stemmed the tor engulfing the club.

Ensuing Manchester United’s defeat on the night which puts their Champions League aspirations in dire situation, Ronaldo was seen livid as he stuttered away from the pitch with an injury. Seething as he made his way down the tunnel, Ronaldo decided to smash the phone of a 14 year old fan named Jake Harding with viral video footage showing the Portuguese whacking the boy’s mobile out of his hand to leave it completely broken.

Sarah Kelly, Jake’s mother went onto talk about how she had taken her son to watch his first ever match at Goodison Park, a moment which ended up being traumatic for him after Ronaldo’s antics.

“At full-time the Man United players started walking off. We were in the Park End so we were right by the tunnel where they came walking past – my son was there videoing them all.

“Ronaldo then just walked past, with a terrible, terrible temper and smashed the phone out of my son’s hand and carried on walking.

She further said that her son is autistic and has dyspraxia and was left stunned with his hand also bruised after the incident. Ronaldo meanwhile took to Instagram to apologise about the incident with him talking about how he would try to get Jack to watch a live match.
