LCK and LPL are currently being held before a live audience. Concerns about COVID-19 in South Korea were essentially non-existent, yet precautions will be taken to assure safety. Tickets for the competition, which will take place just at Bexco Exhibition Hall, will be available shortly.
MSI 2022 would be broken down into three stages. Spring Split champions from 11 different areas will compete for the title of best in the world in this event. The LCL (CIS) area, on the other hand, will not be competing this year because the region’s Spring Split has been cancelled.
The group stages would take place between May 10 and May 15. There are three groups in all, two of which will have four teams each and one of which will have three. The group’s teams will compete in a best-of-one double round-robin style.
The tournament’s second stage is known as the rumbling stage. The dates for this round are May 18 through May 22. The top two teams of each of the prior ones will be chosen and pitted against one another at this level.
The MSI 2022 finals will also mark the end with one of the calendar year’s competitive season.
