WTT Contender Doha 2022 main stage has kicked-off and Indian paddlers are having an amazing tournament, we take a look at the schedule, results and draw of men’s and women’s singles events
The tournament is taking pace at Lusail Sports Arena, Doha. The main stage of the tournament will run from 21st march till 24th march.

Doubles Category Updates, Men’s Singles and Women’s Singles Round of 16 Results And Score
The mixed doubles pair of Manika Batra and Sathiyan Gnanasekaran, two of India’s best paddlers, continued their winning streak at the WTT Contender Doha 2022, sailing into the Mixed Doubles finals. The World No. 7 duo from India, defeated the World No. 4 pair from Hong Kong in a thrilling 3-2 (13-11,9-11,11-9,8-11,11-8) conclusion.
Now that Manika and Sathiyan have advanced to the finals, they will face off against Cheng I-Ching and Lin Yun-Ju of Chinese Taipei, the World No. 1 duo.
Veteran Indian paddler Sharath Kamal, on the other hand, fended off a challenge from Korea’s Lim Jonghoon to advance to the Men’s Singles quarter-finals, winning a tough match 3-1. (11-6, 11-5, 6-11, 16-14).

WTT Contender Doha 2022 Format and Schedule
The WTT Contender Doha 2022 will take place in the Lusail Sports Arena and will begin on March 21st and go through March 24th. The qualifying stage of WTT Contender Doha began on 18th march 2022.
The main draw for the event will feature a 32-player draw for men’s and women’s singles, a 16-pair draw for men’s and women’s doubles, and a 16-pair draw for mixed doubles.
