Bengaluru 1st August 2025: Reyansh Kanodia, a Grade 11 student of JAIN International Residential School (JIRS), Bengaluru, won the gold medal at the “Sports-A-Thon” Table Tennis Tournament hosted by DPS Whitefield
He secured the top spot after a close match with DPS East and a final win against NPS.
Reyansh was part of the six-member Table Tennis team from JIRS that took part in the tournament. The team brought home medals in all three categories, which marked a proud moment for the school. With this gold, JIRS has completed a hat-trick of wins at the tournament—bronze in 2023, silver and bronze in 2024, and now gold in 2025.
MA Anitha, Vice-principal of JAIN International Residential School taking pride in Reyansh’s achievement said, “Our students continue to do well in different sports. The progress from bronze to gold at this tournament shows their hard work, focus, and steady improvement.”
After winning gold elated Reyansh said, “It feels great to win gold after a tough match. I am thankful to my coaches and teammates. This win means a lot to me and motivates me to keep getting better.”
