Police arrested Hawver at the scene while he attempted to flee, following a standoff that seemingly left him critically injured. There is no known connection between the victims and the shooter.
The victims have been identified as Justin Aguila, 33, of Southern California, Andrew Canepa, 33, of Southern California, and Angel Martinez, 66, of Reno/Sparks after on Monday, Hawver opened fire into a crowd of people at the parking lot of the Grand Sierra Resort.
