The dead body of Jayden Dandridge, suspected of shooting rapper Sauce Walka and Sayso P on March 22 in Memphis, Tennessee, has been discovered in Texas
On Monday, March 31, the Memphis Police Department released a statement stating that Jayden Dandridge, 21, who was suspected of being involved in the shooting outside the Westin Hotel in downtown Memphis, had been discovered dead in Houston. Kevin Brown, 22, was also recognized by police as a second suspect who is now being searched for.

21-year-old Jayden Dandridge was charged with shooting at the Westin Hotel on Lt. George W. Lee Avenue. The incident happened on Saturday. One case of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of using a firearm while committing a hazardous felony, and auto theft are among the charges against the suspect.
A reward of $6,000 was offered for information that leads to Dandridge’s capture. But now Jayden Dandridge has been discovered dead.
A stolen white 2021 Dodge Charger 392 Scat Pack had been retrieved by authorities in connection to the case. The shooting occurred on March 22 outside the Westin Memphis Beale Street Hotel and is believed to have been targeted and the man Memphis police were searching for in connection with the killing of Memphis rapper Sayso P has been found dead in Houston, the Memphis Police Department said Monday in a social media statement.
An arrest warrant for 21-year-old Jayden Dandridge was issued March 26 and it charged Dandridge with first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder and two counts of employing a firearm during the commission of a felony.
That warrant has since been withdrawn after Jayden’s death. Jayden Dandridge, 21, was found shot multiple times on March 27 and there have been no arrests, and no motive has been made public.

Sayso P’s death
At around 2:42 p.m. on March 22, officers were called to the scene of a shooting at 170 Lt. George W. Lee, the location of the Westin Hotel. On the spot, 27-year-old Letorian Hunt was declared dead. Under the stage name Sayso P, Hunt performed as a rapper. With serious injuries, 34-year-old Albert Mondane, better known by his stage name Sauce Walka, was taken to Regional One Health.
“This appears to be a targeted shooting incident,” the Memphis Police Department told media on March 22, with an investigation into the motive behind the shooting underway.
Albert Walker, Sauce Walka’s father, told Houston’s CBS affiliate KHOU that “my son would have been dead if it weren’t for God.”
Two of Walka’s most well-known tracks are “Where Was You At” and “Texas Cyclone.” Additionally, the rapper has worked with Travis Scott on “Money Counter” and Megan Thee Stallion on “Southside Royalty Freestyle.” The inquiry in his murder is still ongoing.
