Around 11:30 p.m. on March 19, a video was released of the 55-year-old creative director beefing with a Trump supporter on a northbound 6 train, sparking an online outcry. Alberta Testanero violently confronts the young man in the video, which has received over five million views, accusing him of being “racist” and “uneducated” for donning a red “Make America Great Again” hat.
Alberta Testanero, a 55-year-old dual Italian-American citizen, went viral for the caught-on-video incident on the 6 train in Midtown last week after branding the MAGA fan uneducated and a racist.

“If you f*king voted for Trump, you’re a racist!” she shouts, pointing a finger in his face. The man calmly responds, calling himself “highly educated,” only for Testanero to snap back: “Then why are you wearing that hat?”
Other travellers advise her to leave the guy alone as tensions rise. When the man gets off the train at the station on 28th Street, the conversation takes a surprising turn. Testanero tries to grasp his hat as she goes after him, but she stutters and hits the platform with her face down. Many have referred to the incident, which was captured on tape, as “instant karma.”

She posted a strange picture of “Joe” and “Barack” friendship bracelets along with a family portrait of the Obamas on a Facebook page that appeared to be Testanero’s.
Those who have collaborated with her, however, assert that she has grown more erratic in recent years. One former coworker told The New York Post, “She and I stopped being friends a while ago, as she became extremely liberal and very agitated.” She was also known for confronting those she perceived as racist or politically hostile to her beliefs.
