How Pintu Mahra reportedly earned ₹30 crore in just 45 days
During the 45-day Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj, a boatman named Pintu Mahara from the Arail area made a bold decision that transformed his family’s fortunes. Pintu Mahra approximately earned ₹30 crore over the 45 days. Following the news about Pintu’s success, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also highlighted the story in the state assembly during a discussion on the annual budget 2025–26.
