Steve Smith Sr has been accused of having an affair with a woman named Nicole Martinez who is a Baltimore Ravens marching band member
After her husband made the entire affair public on social media, the woman with whom Steve Smith Sr. is alleged to have had an affair appears to have spoken up. For those who don’t know Steve has been married to Angie from 2000 and has four children with her.

Tony Martinez, a man who claims his wife Nicole Martinez met Steve Smith Sr. while he was playing for the Baltimore Ravens as she’s a Ravens marching band member, posted images of a supposed discussion between the former NFL wide receiver and his wife on X on Saturday. Additionally, the irate husband posted a video of himself phoning Smith and giving it to him as he confronted the NFL analyst about the affair who apparently apologized about it.
Since then, his wife, Nicole Martinez, has added private screenshots and confirmed an affair with Smith in an odd statement.
“Hi, I am Nicole Martinez, though I won’t be a Martinez much longer. You see, I have been cheating on my husband. And I have been doing so with the very famous Steve Smith Sr. Pics attached for reference. I had him hidden under “3”, but that’s been fixed,” she wrote.
As a member of the Ravens’ marching band, she also admitted to probably breaking NFL regulations. The couple’s wedding page states that they “unexpectedly” found friendship and love after meeting on Tinder in 2020, and that they had a son the following year.
“My husband bought me a house. He stood by my side after i had been arrested twice for domestic violence. And this is how i repay him and our son. Theres plenty of messages here Steve. Crazy the kind of revealing messages a celebrity will send. Baltimore Ravens i am also a member of your team band. I believe i violated some fraternization rules by hooking up with Steve at the training facility.”
However, while the posts have been made on her Facebook account, it doesn’t seem like it was Nicole speaking, and it appears Tony has taken control of her account and posted the confession. Both Steve and Nicole are yet to comment on the scandal.

Tony and Nicole Martinez found each other on Tinder in 2020 and then had a son in 2021 and they were married a few months later and moved in together in Aberdeen, Maryland, in 2022.
“If that’s not enough we were blessed with a beautiful home in September 2023 where we still reside as a loving family,” the wedding page for the couple reads.

The Panthers selected him in the third round of the 2001 NFL draft after he played collegiate football for the Utah Utes. Smith joined NFL Network as a show host and sports analyst after leaving the NFL.

He became the 35th NFL player to reach 10,000 receiving yards in 2011. He finished seventh in NFL career receiving yards (14,731), twelfth in career receptions (1,031), 25th in receiving touchdowns (81) and seventh in NFL career all-purpose yards (19,180) at the time of his retirement.
Smith produced at least 1,900 all-purpose yards in four of his first five seasons and more than 1,000 all-purpose yards in eleven different seasons.
