Arvind Vyas, a married man residing in Gangrar, serves as the headmaster while Kantha Pandya, the female teacher, also married and from a nearby area, has a husband who works at a local factory. The CCTV footage revealed the two in compromising situations in various corners of the office, engaging in similar behavior and their actions were occasionally interrupted by another female teacher, but they resumed once she left the office.

An explicit video with a female teacher, Vyas, the headmaster, and a leader of the teachers’ union went viral on January 18. Arvind Nath Vyas’s response

The video in question showed Arvind Nath Vyas performing lewd activities with a female employee within the headmaster’s office, according to the dismissal letter from the Office of the Elementary District Education Officer (DEO). Vyas did not reply to the notification or offer any defence to the inquiry team, even after being suspended on January 18 and served with a notice on January 20 requesting an explanation.

The seriousness of the misbehaviour was emphasized in the DEO’s order, which claimed that Vyas’s acts had seriously damaged the Rajasthan Education Department’s reputation both domestically and internationally. According to the assessment, the actions were against public service ethics and hurt the public’s confidence in teachers.

The female teacher involved in the issue directly testified before the committee and acknowledged throughout the investigation that she was in the viral video, but she insisted that it had been edited. The inquiry committee, however, rejected her defence, finding that the video was authentic and that she was unquestionably involved in the misconduct.
