Popular freelance radio jockey RJ Simran, known as the ‘Heartbeat of Jammu’ had amassed a significant following for her vibrant personality on social media.
Simran Singh was found hanging inside a rented apartment at sector 47 in Gurugram on Wednesday, police officials said but no suicide note has been found in the apartment. Simran was admitted to the Park hospital, where she was declared brought dead and the postmortem was conducted at District Hospital, and the body handed over to the family. The family has not alleged any foul play in her death.
With more than 682,000 Instagram followers, RJ Simran, a well-liked figure from Jammu and Kashmir, was well-represented on social media. Fans referred to her as “Jammu Ki Dhadkan” because of her captivating charm and distinctive style.
In her farewell Instagram post, several of her fans expressed their shock and sadness at her untimely demise. According to Hindustan Times, the post, which was uploaded just 13 days before she passed away, included a reel that has since been inundated with comments from followers lamenting her untimely demise.
