His Instagram account, which was goes by the name @lucasjclarke_ has garnered more than 2,500 followers with only four posts.
His arrival follows Liverpool’s capture of 16-year-old attacker Rio Ngumoha from Chelsea in September. Ngumoha, previously promoted to Chelsea’s under-21s, chose Liverpool after being enticed by the clearer pathway to first-team football offered at Anfield.
This strategy aligns with Liverpool’s recent focus on academy development. Young talents like Jarell Quansah, Conor Bradley, and Trey Nyoni have successfully transitioned into the senior setup under manager Arne Slot.

Slot reiterated the academy’s importance following Liverpool’s 2-0 Champions League victory over Real Madrid, praising the contributions of academy graduates Conor Bradley, Caoimhin Kelleher, and Curtis Jones.
