Who is Pragya Nagra?
Born on December 14, 1998, Pragya hails from a Punjabi family in Ambala, Haryana with her height at 5 feet 6 inches. There isn’t much information available about Nagra’s family and personal life. While it was claimed that she was married to actor Jai previously, the claims were false with Pragya believed to be single and unmarried.
Various reports suggest that the Pragya has completed her education and in Engineering from Delhi, though she transitioned her career in modeling after her frequent visits to Chennai, driven by her father’s military posting, sparked her interest in the industry.

So far, the model has featured in more than 100 commercials. As aforesaid, while studying engineering in Delhi, she developed a passion for acting and did various modeling assignments.
Career
In 2022, the actress made her debut in the film industry, when she appeared in a Tamil movie titled “Varalaru Mukkiyam.”
Though, the movies gained various negative reviews, Pragya’s performance gained widespread attention, that even led her to receive opportunities in Malayalam and Telugu industry.
Later, in 2023, she started in a Malayalam comedy-drama titled “Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna” alongside Dhyan Sreenivasan and Aju Varghese. Although, the movie received mixed critical reviews, it was a commercial success.
Pragya recently ventured into Telugu cinema with appearing in “Laggam,” an emotional drama directed by Ramesh Cheppala.
The film, which explores traditional marriage values in Telangana, stars Sai Ronak in the lead, with Pragya playing a pivotal role.
