Who is Dr. Diffine?
These videos, reportedly recorded in 2019 through surveillance cameras at Diffine Family Practice, depict him moving about n*de, including in patient areas inside his clinic. One particular clip captures him in the receptionist’s office, unclothed, in the presence of three women. In this footage, he is seen engaging in a s*xual act involving one of the women, culminating in an explicit act.
Documents from the board revealed that the woman in question who he had ejac*lated on worked as a lab technician for another company within his office and was also one of his patients. The individual who submitted the videos to the board claimed that the recordings were made during business hours. This person further alleged that Dr. Diffine leveraged his position of authority, salary increases, and other means to manipulate employees and patients into inappropriate s*xual behavior.
How the authorities reacted to this incident?
The investigative report included a statement from Dr. Bradley Diner of the Arkansas Medical Foundation, who raised concerns about a potential s*xual compulsive disorder or paraphilia. Dr. Diner suggested that these behaviors might have interfered with Dr. Diffine’s medical practice, particularly in his interactions with office staff.
This incident is not the first time Dr. Diffine has come under scrutiny. Earlier this year, the board received a complaint regarding his “naturist activities,” citing n*de photographs posted on his now-deactivated social media account, @naked.drdave.
In his defense, Dr. Diffine described himself as a naturist, advocating for body positivity and acceptance, and asserted that his personal activities were unrelated to his professional conduct.
