Reactions to the video
Pakistani actress Mishi Khan was also drawn to the incident and used social media to express her displeasure with influencers who use such strategies to gain notoriety. Despite not specifically mentioning Malik, her remarks were obviously focused on the circumstance. Khan demanded an end to what she sees as an increasing trend of profanity in the profession in a video that she posted on her Instagram.
Khan implied that Malik’s actions were inspired by made-up stories meant to attract attention by drawing a comparison to Kareena Kapoor Khan’s movie “Heroine,” which depicted a similar scandal.
Khan highlighted the detrimental effects on families and society in a video she posted advocating for a ban on such content. She revealed that it is shameful to see these influencers stooping to the lowest level for fame & disgracing their families, parents & society, she wrote in her post.
