He is currently 21 years old, and plays as a central defensive midfielder for La Liga club Barcelona where he wears the number 17 jersey. Marc developed through the ranks of the La Masia academy, and he is renowned for his high work rate, as well as his passing, defending, and technical ability. During the 2022/23 season, Marc Casado joined the Barca Atletic squad, before making 36 appearances for the team.
