Christine Juliane Hinkle Opiaza is a Filipino beauty pageant titleholder, model, and trainer, who was born on July 8, 1998, in Castillejos, Philippines. She is the reigning Miss Grand Philippines 2024 and the 1st runner up at the Miss Grand International 2024.
CJ Opiaza’s younger sister is Alsi.
Back in an interview for the Miss Universe Philippines 2023, CJ revealed that she is a big fan of American actor Chris Evans. She shared about him stating:
I really see myself in him as well because I am helping kids in the orphanage with disabilities.โ

CJ Opiaza is currently 26 years old and stands at a height of 5 feet 6 inches.
Education
CJ Opiaza graduated with a degree in human resource development management at the Lyceum of Subic Bay. She also earned a Special Academic Awardee as well as the Outstanding Student Of The Year awards. Opiza also has a BS in Business Administration.
Pageantry career
CJ Opiaza started out her pageant journey back in 2012 when she joined a beauty pageant in her city. Although she failed to win on her first try, she joined gain the following year and won 1st place. The grand prize for the competition entailed as a four-year scholarship at Lyceum of Subic Bay. She then went on to compete in various university-based pageants and even won Miss Lyceum in 2015. She has also gone on to win various pageants such as the Ambassador and Ambassadress of the World-Philippines in 2019, the Binibining Pilipinas in 2022. She also won the first runner-up at the Miss Universe Philippines in 2023. She is now the 1st runner up of the Miss Grand International 2024.
Profession
Besides being a beauty queen, CJ Opiaza also works professionally as a model. Back in 2021, Opiza walked on the runway for the Philippine Fashion Week Spring and Summer Collection. She was also one of the runway models at LโOrรฉalโs 2019 Mega Fashion Week. CJ also works as a Pasarela coach, and runs a pasarela coaching school called โThe Canvasโ and has previously coached several beauty queens like Miss Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2024 Dia Mate.
