Recently, social media platforms have been buzzing with a brutal video of Viagras cartel members , who brutally ripped out the heart of man known as “El Siri,” a cartel gunman.
Identity of the Victim
As per media reports, the victim is identified as Federico Avalo Sánchez, who was a trafficker for the Jalisco New Generation Cartel with the execution video and audio going viral on Twitter/X and Reddit.
The chilling incident has drew significant attention towards the Mayor of the rural town in Southern Mexico, who has been accused of collaborating with one of the nation’s most violent criminal organization.
What Did the Reports Reveal?
As per media reports, the politician in-question was exposed by a cartel hitman, who was later tortured and killed by rival members of the criminal organization.
In addition, reports claim that in Sahuayo, Michoacán, cartel gunmen dismembered two rivals and left their bodies along with a threatening message.
The threatening message was aimed at the town’s mayor and his associates. The warning called for the mayor and his allies to cease their support for the Jalisco New Generation Cartel.
At the time of writing this article, one of the victim is identified as El Siri, while the other remains unknown. The brutal act done against El Siri was captured on a video, which is now making rounds online.
What Did the Viral Video Show?
The viral video showed Siri confessing his tied with Jalisco New Generation Cartel. In addition, he also named a few local officials who allegedly supported Cartel, including Sahuayo’s mayor, Rodrigo Sánchez Zepeda, and his associates Armando and Rodrigo Tejeda.
As per El Siri’s confession, Mayor Sánchez Zepeda used his position to enable cartel operations in the area. Additionally, the brutal and heartbreaking video shows the victim pleading for mercy, while his captors begin to mutilate him.
A poster board with the names of the implicated officials and their associates, including a political figure named Marco Vinicio, who is reportedly eyeing a run for mayor, was found alongside the bodies.
