What exactly happened so far?
In the previous chapter, Gustang stopped Baam from going after Bellerir. He has the both head chess pieces of the family.
Baam was trying to convince Gustang that he was making the wrong choice, however, Gustang wasn’t listening to him. But Traumerie arrived on time to help Baam, as both of their goals were aligned for now.
Traumerie offered his help and even cured Androssi to Bellelrir from reaching the grand hall. Baam accepted this temporary alliance and with the help of Androssi and Holland help, they both were out of the ancient beast.
Now even Gustang won’t be able to stop them because he was engaged in the combat with Vallahala and Traumerie once again. Traumerie even took back the three ancient dragons’ powers to power up his attack.
That attack was able to cut Gustang’s hand along with his book. Meanwhile, Baam and Androssi were trying their hard to prevent Bellerir from reaching the grand hall.
