Chapter 427 of the manga series began with a news report on Tomura Shigaraki, where people, including the old woman who ignored him as a kid, shared their thoughts on him.
This program played on as Deku visited Spinner, and the two sat down in a room. Initially angry, Spinner softened after Deku delivered Shigaraki’s message. After confirming that the message was only for him, Spinner became emotional about Shigaraki’s death and life.
Spinner transformed into his giant form, grabbing Deku with his fists and discussing everything he loved about Shigaraki as people on the TV continued to criticize him.
Spinner expressed his intention to write a book about Shigaraki to ensure no one forgets him, asserting that Deku and others will eventually forget.
Deku suggested making it a comic book as he departed, promising never to forget Shigaraki.
