Bromley FC secure EFL spot with the help of Nathan Owolabi

The Ravens beat Solihull Moors 4-3 on penalties in the National League play-off final to secure a spot in the EFL in the upcoming 2024–25 season. Earlier in the match, the two teams sat level on 2-2 at the end of additional time. The achievement marks their first appearance in the EFL throughout their entire 132-year history. Interestingly, the club has ‘Football Manager 2024’ gamer Nathan Owolabi to thank for his services as a ‘Support Performance Tactician’.

Under the Bromley coaching staff, Nathan got to learn the things that go into the tactical decision-making process of a promotion-chasing team.  While sharing about Nathan, Woodman stated:

Nathan has embedded himself into our group of staff and his work ethic has been great. The benefits of the project are that we have another voice and angle; a different approach to things. Nathan has embraced the opportunity and has really added something to our group.”
