It’s not easy to gain a job as an IPL cheerleader. A battery of assessments and interviews is used to choose them. An IPL cheerleader must have prior modelling, dancing, and public performance experience.

What is the salary of the IPL cheerleaders?
Roughly Rs 15,000 to Rs 17,000 are reported to be given to cheerleaders for each game. Furthermore, the franchise covers their living, dining, and travel expenses.
The team that gives cheerleaders the highest salary is Kolkata Knight Riders. According to estimates, every match, KKR pays a cheerleader between Rs 24,000 and Rs 25,000. If the team does well, KKR also awards bonuses to the cheerleaders.
On the other hand, the Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bengaluru pay a cheerleader around 20,000 Indian Rupees, per match. Approximately Rs 17,000 is paid for each match in the Chennai Super Kings’ case.
