PM Narendra Modi faced a security lapse in Punjab when several protesters protested on the roads of Ferozpur. On Wednesday after Modi’s cavalcade underwent security issues, the officials decided to suspend Harman Hans.

Harman Hans was appointed as a superintendent of Punjab police and he got suspended recently. Harman’s father is also a police officer and his name is Varinder Singh.
His father was appointed as a DSP. Harman always wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps and wanted to pursue his career in serving the nation. In the civil services exam, this suspended officer secured an All India Rank 101 and he was quite good at academics.

Narendra Modi who is India’s present Prime Minister was stranded for almost 20 minutes on a flyover in Punjab. Prime Minister got stranded because of the blockage created by the protestors from Punjab. One BJP minister stated that the Prime Minister was about to meet people of Punjab in Ferozpur after the farmer’s protest incident.
The Union Home Ministry has addressed this incident as a big security lapse and all the Punjab police officials have been held accountable for this security issue.
The Prime Minister was in Ferozpur as he was supposed to be at the foundation of various projects worth INR 42,750 crore in Punjab. These projects included the PGIMER satellite center and the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway.
The workers and party officials of Congress are right now in a mood to celebrate as they are overjoyed by this security lapse. However, BJP officials are quite disappointed on the other hand and they have demanded an inquiry on this concern as Khalistanis take to social media to rejoice in the incident with them likening it to the assassination of Indira Gandhi.
