Who are Jannik Sinner’s parents?
Jannik Sinner was welcomed by Johann Sinner and Siglinde on August 16, 2001, in Innichen, in South Tyrol, Northern Italy.
His father, Johann is a chef in an Italian ski resort restaurant and his mother Siglinde used to be a waitress at the same restaurant. During his early years, Jannik’s parents always motivated him to participate in sports including football, swimming, skiing, and tennis. He dedicated a lot of time to practice in ski halls and had a sincere passion for skiing.
Sinner was encouraged to return to tennis and improve his game so he could compete at a higher level by his father, Johann. Having watched his son train when he was younger, his father was certain that tennis would be the perfect activity for him.
Meanwhile, the Italian’s mother gave him a strong work ethic and taught him the importance of leading a disciplined life. He discovered how to practise with a positive outlook and to give it his all while perfecting his techniques.
