The Delta passenger was arrested after he hit police officers at LAX who denied him entry to a flight to New York, video goes viral
Delta flights are turning into a hotbed of chaos and turmoil. After Christmas saw the airlines flights fraught with incidents of passengers beating each other up, New Year’s eve has seen the same squabbles implode with one unruly passenger losing his marbles and hitting police officers at LAX.
Video Shows Delta Passenger Assaulting Cop At LAX
The incident which took place on Thursday afternoon showed the person lashing out at a cop after he was denied entry to a Delta flight to New York. The law enforcement sources went onto reveal that the man was refused entry owing to him being intoxicated with the police called by the airport to refrain the man.
However, he refused to comply, hitting an officer before being tackled to the ground and subsequently arrested in video footage which has emerged of the entire set of events. The video shows the man in question beating the officer as the group made its way down the escalator as security tried to take him away from the premises of the terminal.
The man is heard saying, “I’m not going to comply until you tell me why, It’s people like you. You ruined my f***ing night, dude. Now I have to travel a whole other day.”
The man is currently in custody with police saying they would have let him go had he decided not to fly into a rage and assault a cop. The further course of action will be determined in the days to come. Wonder if he’ll be housed in the same prison as Particia Cornwall.
