The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has finally released the full schedule for the Women’s Premier League Season 2 (WPL) 2024, check out all the details of the competition below
Notably, the finalists from last year will play a rematch in the WPL 2024 season opener on February 23.

Notably, all the matches are set to start at 7:30 PM IST, and this year’s edition will not feature any double headers.
WPL 2024 teams
The upcoming competition will feature the following five teams:
- Mumbai Indians
- Delhi Capitals
- Royal Challengers Bangalore
- Gujarat Giants
- UP Warriorz
WPL 2024 format
The upcoming competition will start off with a double round-robin format, following which the top three teams will head into the WPL playoffs. Meanwhile, the WPL playoffs will feature only two matches: the eliminator match on March 15 and the WPL final on March 17. The eliminator match will feature the second and third-placed teams, from which the winner will face the first-placed team in the final. The tournament will feature a total of 22 matches across 24 days in two venues.
