The storyline of the series A Killer Paradox follows the life of Lee Tang. He is a regular college student, who, after an overnight conflict with an employee at his part-time job at a convenience shop. Later, when he is fighting with him, he accidentally swings a hammer and murders him. Lee Tang is afflicted by guilt and terror of being killed after that incident. However, he discovers one day that the victim he murdered was a serial murderer.
Over time, he comes to terms with the fact that he holds a magical talent for identifying “bad seeds.” He quickly turns into a sinister hero who exacts revenge on those who earlier committed wicked actions. After the serial murderer turns, Lee Tang becomes the detective’s main suspect. The detective realizes that he has the capacity to identify evil crimes too.
