In a close match between India and Pakistan, Manpreet Singh’s team emerged victorious, defeating arch-rivals 4-3 to clinch third at the Asian Champions Trophy 2021. Pakistan then started the second half on a high note, gaining a one-goal lead, but India came back in the last quarter to win the game in dramatic fashion. India also earned the bronze medal at the ACT 2021 as a result of this.

However, India drew level 12 minutes later through Sumit, who took advantage of the pandemonium in front of the Pakistan goal to score.
