Yoo’s grievances extended to personal matters, claiming government involvement in the death of his mother and the coercion of his sister into becoming an “international spy.”

He advocated for defunding the FBI, CIA, and NSA in various posts. Federal authorities, including the FBI’s Washington field office, were aware of his activities over the years.

Past Lawsuit

Legal documents also revealed Yoo’s past lawsuit against Rochester General Hospital, where he alleged conspiracy and linked the 9/11 attacks to the investigation into the 2016 presidential election by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Following the explosive incident, community members expressed fear about living in the neighborhood. Despite concerns, residents were relieved that no one besides Yoo appeared to be injured in the blast.
