Tunisia got quite lucky in the semi-final against Egypt thanks to an own goal from Amr Mohamed El Solia at the 95th minute of the game. Now they are just a game away from making it their second time at winning the competition, provided that they are able to beat Algeria.
The Algerian side managed to win against hosts Qatar with the help of Mohamed Belaili who found the back of the net 17 minutes into stoppage time. A win in the final for Madjid Bougherra’s men would make them only the sixth side in history to be crowned as champions.
