The lead singer of Guns N’ Roses invited the former model to a party, which her friend declined, citing that she was ‘not hot enough.’ Accompanied by Riki Rachtman, who later became an MTV host, Kennedy went to Rose’s hotel room.
The lawsuit states that Kennedy found Rose attractive and was open to further interaction but did not consent to a violent encounter later in the evening.
Kennedy claims she left the room during the party when Rose engaged in uncomfortable and painful s*xual activity with another model. Hearing glass shattering and Rose screaming at the model, Kennedy alleges that Rachtman warned her, “It’s going to get bad.”

Sheila is a former model who is now a stay-at-home mom to Mikhail, a 16-year-old kid and spent 15 years studying acting in New York and Los Angeles. On April 25, 1991, Sheila gave birth to her son, Mikhail and currently resides in California with her son Mikhail and her dog Kitty.
Sheila originally appeared in print as a Pet of the Month in the December 1981 issue of P*nthouse and studied acting for fifteen years in both New York and Los Angeles and has appeared in various films. In the comedic romp Ellie (1984), she was both cute and humorous as the titular smart and attractive young girl.
Kennedy’s Claims
According to Kennedy, Rose then forcibly pushed her to the floor and dragged her, engaging in non-consensual s*xual acts. The lawsuit describes Rose as being in a “s*xual, volatile rage” and treating Kennedy as property used solely for his pleasure.
In response, Axl Rose’s attorney, Alan Gutman, denies Kennedy’s allegations, stating, “Simply put, this incident never happened.” Gutman emphasizes that Rose has no recollection of meeting the plaintiff and believes the case will be resolved in his favor.
Kennedy had previously detailed the alleged assault in her 2016 autobiography ‘No One’s Pet’ and the 2021 documentary ‘Look Away,’ focusing on s*xual misconduct in the music industry.
The lawsuit also includes additional allegations of domestic violence against Rose, incorporating claims from his former partners Erin Everly and Stephanie Seymour.
Everly filed a lawsuit against Rose for abuse in a Los Angeles civil court in 1994, later settling the claims out of court.
