Megha Parekh is still SVP and head of legal for the Jacksonville Jaguars. One version of reasoning for her stepping back from AEW is that she’s just concentrating on the football side.

Notably, Megha studied at Harvard Law School, where she acquired a job during the recession and eventually got acquainted with the Khan family there.

Career
Megha has had quite a professional career so far, having served in various roles. She started out as a research intern for Citizens for Juvenile Justice from January 2004 – May 2004. She then joined as an intern for MTV Networks from June 2005 to August 2005. She then joined Greater Boston Legal Services as an intern from September 2004 – June 2006. Following which, she joined Edwards, Angell, Palmer & Dodge, working in business law from May – August 2007.
She joined the Boston Red Sox as a clinical intern from January 2008–February 2009, before joining Proskauer Rose from October 2009–February 2013 to work in business law. Megha then joined the Jacksonville Jaguars as the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer around March 2013, where she still works now. She also briefly worked as a visiting professor at Jacksonville University in 2017. While serving in her role with the Jaguars, she joined All Elite Wrestling in 2019 as its Chief Legal Officer.

Due to her commitments with the Jacksonville Jaguars aside from her role with the AEW, Megha Parekh has decided to step down from the latter, citing difficulty in managing both roles simultaneously. As of now, there is currently no information about whether there will be an official job title change or adjustment. As of now, Chris Peck has taken over most of Parekh’s previous roles in the company.
