Video has emerged of Manchester United not being put back in the pot during the Champions League round of 16 draw with the side going onto get PSG
The Champions League Round of 16 draw on Monday afternoon was riddled with massive controversy. So much so that UEFA decided to scrap the draw in its entirety with the governing council revealing that it had decided to declare the fixtures nullified and void and a draw would be held from scratch later at 15:00 CET.

Manchester United fell prey to what UEFA have now called a technical problem with the club first drawn to face Villareal and then drawn against PSG. The draw left manifold people watching scrathing their heads with Manchester United not being put back in the pot during Atletico Madrid’s draw, a move which was said to be due to the Premier League side already been drawn.

Video of the draw has since gone viral with ardent football supporters coming out in hoards to slam UEFA. Over the years, UEFA has often faced allegations of fixing and rigging its draws in a bid to offer the most intriguing and enticing matchups as plausible during both the Champions League and Europa League.
Following a technical problem with the software of an external service provider that instructs the officials as to which teams are eligible to play each other, a material error occurred in the draw for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16.

The same questions arose after the recently concluded draw with UEFA once again being put to the sword before UEFA released a statement over what had transpired.
A statement from UEFA said: “Following a technical problem with the software of an external service provider that instructs the officials as to which teams are eligible to play each other, a material error occurred in the draw for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16.
