It was announced on October 24, 2023, by the South Korean newspaper Edaily that the upcoming film Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint would star Lee Min-ho, Jisoo, Ahn Hyo-seop, and Nana.

Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint is a forthcoming film starring Lee Min-ho as the webtoon’s main character. Yoo Jung-hyuk, who, together with Ahn Hyo-seop’s character Kim Dok-ja, aims to alter the world in which Jung-hyuk lives.
The movie has been allocated an estimated budget of 20 billion Korean Won (roughly 15 million dollars) and will start shooting in December, 2023 but a release date isn’t out yet.

Kim Dok-ja, an office worker and avid reader of “Three Ways to Survive the Apocalypse,” finds himself transported to the novel’s universe on the Internet one day, despite his knowledge that the novel’s climax is inevitable death. To use his knowledge to change the story’s future, he teams up with Yoo Jung-hyuk, the protagonist.
Yoo Jung-hyuk is a responsible man who has triumphed over death on multiple occasions. However, as a result of his ordeals, he has hardened and become apathetic.
BLACKPINK’s Jisoo in Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint
Lee Ji-hye, portrayed by BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, is said to work alongside Yoo Jung-hyuk and Kim Dok-ja. Nana plays the part of the ambitious and fiery Jeong Hee-won, who will stand for nothing but justice.
Jisoo is reportedly considering joining the cast because she is a huge fan of the webtoon from which the novel was adapted.
Park Ho-san, Jeong Seong-il, and Chae Soo-bin also make appearances. They will play crucial supporting roles in the upcoming film, Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint.
