The incident happened in Nashua, New Hampshire (NH), during the First in the Nation Leadership Summit. Mitchell, who is renowned for his witty exchanges with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, was present at the event on 13 October, when nearly all of the Republican presidential candidates for the 2024 race were slated to speak.
According to the Boston Globe, before 4 p.m., numerous police officers led the 15-year-old Quinn Mitchell out of the Sheraton Nashua, which served as the location for the two-day First in the Nation Leadership Summit. Mitchell reported to the site that he was asked to leave the gathering because he was photographing Perry Johnson, a Republican, at the time.
However, according to The New York Times, Jimmy Thompson, a spokesman for the New Hampshire Republican Party, later admitted that Mitchell’s removal was an error. He is a native of the New Hampshire town of Walpole. He is still a high school student, and his career goal is political journalism. Although he is still a juvenile, Mitchell has already attended almost 100 events and spoken with 35 candidates for president, from Donald Trump to Elizabeth Warren.
