According to a source close to the production, Milan’s abrupt and fatal heart collapse was the cause of his untimely death. After a long day of filming the day before, Milan had arrived at his hotel the previous evening and seemed to be in good health.
However, as soon as he assembled his crew for the day’s work, he started to feel quite uncomfortable and started to perspire heavily early in the morning. Realizing the seriousness of the situation, the production crew immediately set up a car to take him to the nearest hospital.
Milan Fernandez was an acclaimed art director for various Tamil films such as ‘Billa’, ‘Veluyantham’, ‘Vedalam’, and ‘Oram Po’ among many others.
The hero in the movie Superstar Ajith Kumar, the movie’s director Magizh Thirumeni, and the film’s talented cinematographer Nirav Shah, were all quickly informed of Milan’s deteriorating condition. In order to get to Milan in time, they hurried to the hospital. Sadly, Milan passed away before they could get to the hospital, leaving the movie business and his coworkers in a state of profound sorrow.

The art director, who was renowned for having a great relationship with Ajith, had a tremendous career that spanned more than 30 movies. Billa, Velayudham, Veeram, Endrendrum Punnagai, Vedalam, Annaatthe, and Pathu Thala are a few of his well-known films. Additionally, he had been extensively involved with Kanguva, the next film starring Suriya.

54 year old Milan leaves behind a sad wife who is currently in Chennai. And a son who had been helping him with the Azerbaijani shoot. He will be remembered for his tremendous achievements and aesthetic vision. Milan’s premature death was a great loss to the Indian film industry.
As per an Etimes report, Milan complained of uneasiness in the morning and was rushed to the hospital and a source told the portal, “Milan had a cardiac arrest that proved to be fatal. He had returned to the hotel last night after shoot and was normal. But this morning, he’d assembled everyone in his team for work. But later, he had complained of uneasiness and was sweating a lot. The production team had arranged a car to be taken to the hospital.”
