What happened between Brian Dowling and Ryan Carson?
Brian Dowling, aged 18, stands accused of both possession of an illegal weapon and murder with a callous disregard for life. On Thursday, law enforcement officers executing a search warrant discovered Dowling at his residence on Lafayette Avenue.
