On Wednesday, September 20, Team India’s World Cup cricket uniform was formally introduced by Adidas, the team’s official uniform sponsor. The thirteenth edition of the ICC event, which will take place from October 5 to November 19, will feature ten teams competing.

At Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium on October 8, Team India will open their ICC 2023 World Cup campaign against five-time champions Australia. The hosts then play Afghanistan in their second game on October 11 in Delhi. The highly anticipated match between India and Pakistan will now take place on October 14 at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium, one day earlier than originally planned.
The Men in Blue will play Bangladesh in Pune on October 19 before facing New Zealand.

Adidas has unveiled the official Team India shirt for the next ICC World Cup 2023, which will be hosted solely by India for the first time in cricket history. India has co-hosted the World Cup three times before in 1987, 1996, and 2011, but this edition promises to be special because it will take place at ten different locations: Delhi, Dharamsala, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad.

The sponsors posted a video to their social media account, and it has since received a lot of attention. On the shoulders, the vivid tricolour has taken the place of the three white stripes. India’s ODI World Cup victories are commemorated by the addition of two stars to the BCCI insignia on the left side of the chest.
Adidas has updated the ODI shirt, swapping off the three white stripes on the shoulders for the brilliant tricolour as a celebration of India hosting the World Cup in 2023. The two stars on the BCCI emblem now proudly represent India’s legendary ODI World Cup victories in 1983 and 2011.
New Zealand
Recently, the Black Caps unveiled their official uniform for the upcoming World Cup 2023. It is the group’s customary black kit.

Pakistan
The first team to announce their uniform for the competition was Pakistan. Their jersey will be a dark green stripe with a prominent yellow star in the top corner.
