The much-awaited Asian Games is scheduled to kick off this upcoming week however, the Kabaddi competition is planned to take place from October 2 to October 7 during the 19th edition of the tournament.

The 2023 Asian Games’ official Kabaddi competition schedule has been released. For both the Men’s and Women’s divisions, all competing nations will be split into two groups, Group A and Group B, much like in previous editions.

In the men’s division, 11 teams will compete for the first time, while the women’s category will have 9 teams. This illustrates the expansion of Kabaddi from a national to an international level.
