Legia Warsaw fans were captured trying to storm into the home support and fighting with police at the King Power Stadium during Leicester City vs Warsaw
With Leicester City wiping the floor with Legia Warsaw in their bygone Europa League clash, the visiting side’s fans went berserk.
Irked at their team’s laggard performance, Warsaw’s supporters decided to embark on a spree of a mayhem at the King Power Stadium. As Wilfred Ndidi scored the hosts’ third in the 33rd minute to give them a 3-1 lead, the visiting side’s fans ended up bursting scores of flares in the concourses. However, they didn’t only stop there with them trying to storm the home end of the stands.

Security was called in to control the situation which was fast spilling out of hand with Warsaw fans deciding they wanted to bicker with the police as well. Unsavory visuals captured from the stands showed the Legia fans hitting and kicking the security officials as objects were thrown around.

After the match Brendan Rodgers said: “There seemed to be some trouble up in the far corner, so I didn’t see so much of it.
“But obviously it went on for a period of time and it’s not something you want to see at a football game to be honest.
“I haven’t seen or heard any details on it yet but hopefully no-one’s been injured.”
Patson Daka and James Maddison had scored twice in the first half for the Foxes before Filip Mladenovic pulled one back for Legia. The win came at a pivotal point for the club who will next be taking on Napoli in the Europa League 2021-22.
