The Lakers vs Pistons game saw things turn extremely sour after LeBron James punched Isaiah Stewart to leave him with a bloodied face
Although the Lakers finally managed to stem the rot as they defeated Detroit Pistons 121-116, the win came at a cost. The showdown saw LeBron James and Isaiah Stewart square off against each other, a showdown which sparked a calamitous unsavory melee on the court.

Things went out off hand after Stewart was punched by James in the face while jostling for a rebounding position. The flagrant foul was clearly a well thought of move by the Lakers man with replays showing he was well aware of what he was doing.

The punch left Stewart with blood pouring down his face with the Pistons big man absolutely livid after being hit. He confronted James on a bevy of occasions as he was held back before he decided he wanted a piece of James as he tried everything to break free and have a swipe at the Lakers man.
The incident took place in the third quarter with 9:18 remaining and the Lakers chasing a 79-67 deficit. Stewart who was initially whistled for a loose ball foul on the play was ejected along with James who was assessed to have committed to have committed a flagrant foul 2 ensuing an official review.
Many also spotted James backing away from Stewart after punching him in the face. Wonder what Enes Kanter has to say about the entire set of events which unraveled who recently took a swipe at the Lakers man for his refusal to speak about against Nike and the horrific activities taking place in China.
