Currently, Al-Nassr are on top of Group C with four points, while Zamalek are behind at third with three points.

Al-Nassr began the competition with a disappointing 0-0 draw against Al Shabab in their opening game. However, the Saudi side bounced back in the second game with a 4-2 win against Monastir.
