Tomar was listed as a co-accused in two of the complaints the wrestlers submitted. The charge sheet claims that Tomar forbade the complainants from traveling with the spouse in one instance and the coach in another when they went to Brij Bhushan’s office or residence on Ashoka Road in Delhi on three different occasions.
These claimed occurrences happened in 2017. Vinod Tomar reportedly asked the complainant’s spouse to wait outside the WFI office in the first instance and directed him to remain close to his own chamber in the WFI office in the second.
The chargesheet claims that the former WFI worker also called the wrestler to his house, where he reportedly ridiculed and emotionally tormented her for not getting a spot in the Olympics. Similar circumstances occurred in 2022 when Tomar asked her coach to wait outside while another complaint was given the order to see Brij Bhushan in his office.
