According to the spoilers, Chapter 394 of the series which is titled “Ochaco Uraraka Vs. Himiko Toga,” and it begins with a double spread commemorating the series’ 9th anniversary. This chapter is 15 pages long and includes statistics from the preceding chapter.
In the story, Uraraka realises her quirk is behaving strangely and allows her to use it without even touching someone. Toga attempts to generate fresh clones, but they are born inside Uraraka’s peculiarity and begin to float immediately.
Toga realises Uraraka has reawakened her quirk, much like she did while she was fighting Curious. Uraraka’s quirk awakening is noted by Kamui Woods and Tiger, but Uraraka realizes that the wound she received is also affecting her body, and she is becoming cold.
As Toga strives to understand Uraraka’s quirk, the latter’s tale is shared with the former via what appears to be a wire, during which Toga learns about Uraraka’s parents and her changes in conviction after becoming a hero. In addition, Uraraka acknowledges to Toga that she has feelings for Midoriya and that this is what defines her.
