The creators of Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken have revealed the release date of chapter 109 as they stated that they will be dropping out next installment soon
In the previous chapter, Masayuki revealed Earl and Marquis Goshel’s plot in front of his majesty. Masayuki had enough of the nobility’s greetings in Ballachia; he learned that all the civility could sometimes be suffocating.

Masayuki overheard Earl and Marquis Goshel’s conversation and decided to step inside the room to ask someone to escort him to his room.
Earl was urging Marquis that they should sell the elves they had captured in the Jura forest, and he stated how he could improve his position by selling them on the Orthrus market.
Recap
The last chapter begins with Marquis Goshel noticing Masayuki at their door and questioned Earl if he had forgotten to close it since they had an unexpected visitor. Earl was one of the nobility that walked them about, according to Masayuki.
Masayuki informed them that he became disoriented while looking for his room. Earl, on the other side, warned him that since he had previously heard him, the only thing he could do was frame him for turning feral.
He pulled out his knife and decided to hurt himself in order to summon the guards. But Marquis Goshel wounded his chest with his sword; he informed Earl that wasn’t a bad idea, but he required a deeper wound.
Marquis Goshel told Earl that he did it to save himself when he breathed his last breath. Earl died on the spot. Marquis Goshel summoned the guards and informed them that Masayuki had gone insane and murdered Earl.
