After much anticipation, Blizzard, has finally launched Diablo 4 across all platforms, however, some players are unable to play due to an error code 300008, which states ‘your login attempt has timed out’, find out how to fix it

Diablo 4 is part of an exciting instalment and currently one of the best received games of the year.
Despite its June 2 release, the game is currently only available in early access format for Deluxe and Ultimate edition. However, fans and players will soon get to play it using the Standard package.
How to fix Diablo 4 error code 300008 ‘your login attempt has timed out’
There are several ways to try fixing the Diablo 4 error code 300008 ‘your login attempt has timed out’. The easiest step across any platform would be to simply try restarting the game. Error code 300008 stems from server overloaded due to the sheer amount of people joining to play. As such, if players still cannot play the game even after restarting it, they can use another method.
They can simply try checking their internet connection and possibly resetting your router. Unfortunately, this are the only two things that PlayStation or Xbox users can do to try fixing the error.
However, PC users can try out another method using the following steps shared on the Blizzard fan forums:
- Got to your desktop
- Press Windows Key and type “CMD”
- Right-click “Command Prompt”
- Select “Run as administrator”
- Type “ipconfig /release”
- Press Enter button
- Wait for 30 seconds
- Type “ipconfig /renew”
- Press Enter button
- Wait for few seconds for it to run
- Type “ipconfig /flushdns”
- Press Enter button
- Play Diablo
Although Blizzard hasn’t announced the main reason behind this error, it could stem from the fact that the Standard edition is still yet to launch. As such, this issue could rose due to the sheer amount of new players joining the game.
