Watch: Urvashi Rautela Cheers Rishabh Pant After He Hits A Boundary During India vs Pakistan

A raft of memes cropped up after Urvashi Rautela was seen cheering Rishabh Pant after he hit a boundary in the India vs Pakistan T20 World Cup 2021 match

Although the India vs Pakistan showdown on Sunday in the T20 World Cup 2021 offered little moments for Indians to regale in, there was a period when Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pant held fort for the country which offered momentarily hope.

After losing three wickets inside the powerplay, the Indian team saw Pant and Kohli try to stitch together a match saving partnership for the side. As Kohli managed to stabilise a sinking ship from one, wicketkeeper Pant went hammer and tongs from the other with India managing to get its house in order in the middle period.

However, more pleasing to the eye than Pant’s assault on the Pakistani bowlers was Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela cheering him on in the concourses. The actress who shares history with the Indian wicketkeeper was caught cheering Pant’s boundary with the cameraman quick to pan in on her immediately after Pant slashed at the ball.

The video which went viral on social media drew comical reactions with it soon turning into a meme. The two were envisaged to be dating back in 2018 but things soon turned sour between the two with Pant ending up blocking Rautela from his social media platforms subsequently.
