Amaya Colon, who once dated rapper Shy Glizzy, has obtained a restraining order against him because she claims he has threatened her life, the lives of her family and friends, and the lives of any future male acquaintances.
Colon reportedly told TMZ that the threats started coming after she broke up with Shy Glizzy, due to which she requested protection from the court. Colon claimed that the rapper repeatedly threatened to kill her and her mother, with the threats escalating to a text message that said, “Ima Fuck ya life up.”
Although they had been dating since December, Amaya Colon blamed Shy Glizzy’s anger management problems for the split. She said that he had been detained on May 13 after threatening her.

Colon claimed she saw Shy Glizzy following her that day while she was traveling through Los Angeles. She allegedly told TMZ that he approached her car at a stop sign and started banging it with the gun’s grip. In an effort to push her off the road, the rapper allegedly continued the confrontation as she was driving away, smashing his car into hers and damaging her car in the process.
Despite Amaya Colon’s requests for Shy Glizzy to cease contact, she alleged that he continued to threaten her life and post explicit photos of her without her consent. He allegedly even texted her buddy with the threat to injure her, writing, “Imma get her ass beat,” according to TMZ.
In response to these allegations, a judge issued a temporary restraining order that prohibits Shy Glizzy from coming within 100 yards of Colon. According to TMZ, he is also prohibited from getting in touch with her or sharing any obscene videos or photos of her.
