Megumin, everyone’s favorite girl, was on the hunt for a job last time. Eventually, members of the Axis Church approached her; they were kind to Megumin, so she agreed to assist the cult in recruiting new members. It was then that she learned Yunyun had also arrived in Arcanretia.

What Exactly Happened in Episode 7 of KonoSuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!
Megumin was having trouble finding work in Arcanretia when a member of the Axis Church, named Cecily, approached her and convinced her to join the cult.
Megumin first declined, but after receiving assistance from the Axis Church, she changed her mind and agreed to assist the cult in expanding its membership. Megumin discovered that Yunyun had also arrived in the city despite their efforts failing. She was also the one who delivered the dire warning about the city that Soketto had predicted.
Fanatics of the Water City comes up next, and in it, Yunyun longs to return to her hometown of Crimson Demon Village. However, she may be hesitant to separate from Megumin in Arcanretia and so remain with her.
Axis Sect members strive to recruit people into their cult by destroying Eris Order, thus they seem to be bad news for the city. In addition, Arnes will contact Arcanretia to fulfill her end of the bargain to buy Chomusuke from Megumin.
